Dedicated Offshore Resources

“Dedicated resources” is a form of offshore outsourcing. The difference is that instead of outsourcing the whole development process, you hire a dedicated person with whom you have a direct communication.

It’s just like having a tele-worker, who is based offshore.

Tell me how it works?

After you’ve filled out the application form, you will receive a quote. Once the quote is accepted and the contract is signed then we go off and find you the coder/developer that’s best suited to your project, who speaks English and possesses the necessary skill set.

The coder/developer will be working for you just like any other full time remote employee. If required, a personal interview can be arranged (This will involve a trip to Lviv in the Ukraine and can be entirely arranged by Lemberg Solutions).

After the coder/developer is approved, you will have direct access and communication with the coder/developer via phone, email, Skype or any other internet based form of communication.

Minimum contract length is 3 months.

How much will it cost?

The cost will depend purely on the skills required for the project and the amount of time the dedicated resource is needed. We can provide you with an accurate quote just send us your requirements through contact form.
