Company ToolBox is a web based software application designed by Lemberg Solutions for UK limited company formations, and Companies House form filing.

Company ToolBox features a fully customisable web interface that can be fully integrated into a web site of the clients choosing. The system automates UK limited company formation, by submitting online the necessary data to Companies House servers. The system stores a database of people involved in the formation of companies (shareholders, directors, company secretaries etc) and automates annual return's submissions.
